• Coaching session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Missed or late cancellations may result in session forfeiture.

• Group or course enrollments are non-cancellable once the program has started.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are available only if requested within 7 days of purchase and before any session or course access has begun.

• Digital courses, materials, and downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

• Special exceptions (e.g., medical emergencies) may be considered at our discretion.

3. Refund Process
